1. Terms & Conditions

• All services and products are provided by Turbo & Nos under agreed terms.
• We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, third-party installation, or failure to follow instructions.
• Performance modifications are done at the client's own risk. 
• No guarantees on performance gains unless explicitly states.

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required at checkout for all in-stock items.
• No reservations or holds will be made without full payment.
• A deposit is only required for custom orders.
• All deposits for custom work are non-refundable.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production or sourcing has begun.
• Refunds will only be considered in the case of faulty or defective products, subject to inspection.
• Refunds are subject to a 20% handling fee.
• Waranty lies directly with the manufacturer of the product.

No refunds will be issued on:

• Installed parts.
• Used items.
• Electrical items.

Note: Custom orders are not processed through the website. Please contact us directly. 

3. Delivery Information

• Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Delivery times may be affected by:

• Remote locations.
• Courier delays.
• Public Holidays.

Customers will recieve tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, Turbo & Nos is not responsible for delays or damages during transit
